Enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become effective across the European Union (EU) on May 25, 2018 and we’re pleased to announce that ProdegeMR is fully compliant.

ProdegeMR is committed to helping you ensure your engagement with us complies with all applicable laws. We completed a company-wide audit to ensure our best practices and our technology meet GDPR requirements with regard to Data Protection, Retention, Transfer, Elimination and Disclosure.

In addition, ProdegeMR has updated the Privacy and Consent Notices each of our over 300,000 EU panel members reviewed and agreed to.  These notices inform our members as to what personal information we store, how it is used, who this information is disclosed to and our data protection measures.

The privacy and security of any data provided to us by our panel members and our clients has always been our top priority.  ProdegeMR welcomes the opportunity presented by GDPR to further strengthen our policies and procedures, not only with regard to data originating from the EU, but also from every other global market in which we do business.

If you have any questions, or require further information about our GDPR compliance and policies, please contact us at GDPR@prodege.com.
